Led end-to-end production for a Taiwan × Korea music exchange concert series — programme design, stage direction, and cross-institutional stakeholder management.
No brief. No budget. No one asked. Identified two operational bottlenecks at work and built the solutions myself — an AI-powered lease analysis tool that automates document review, and an invoice distribution workflow with a one-click GUI that eliminated a fully manual billing process end-to-end.
